Visitors who want to attend the event with their own aircraft and do not perfom in the program shall enter the requested information into the application form down on this page, to be enrolled on the list of visiting airplanes. Application deadline is 30. 5. 2018 at 20:00 UTC. Pilots of airplanes included in the list of visiting airplanes will be entitled to arrive and depart without flight plan except on flights outside FIR Praha. All other requirements stated in the AIP AD2-LKPD must be satisfied. Airplanes not included in the list of visiting airplanes will not be allowed to use Pardubice Airport in the period of 2 and 3. June 2018 except on emergency. The organiser reserves the privilege to terminate applications before the deadline if maximum parking capacity is reached. Visiting airplanes are not charged with landing fees on 2 and 3. June 2018.
Visiting aeroplanes will by guided by follow me to a designated apron on the airport.
Pilots-in-command will obtain a label for free access to their airplanes and will not pay entry fee.
Passengers pay normal ENTRY FEES to the organisers direct on the apron.
Arriving aircraft shall call on 120,155 MHz (call sign Pardubice TWR) before published CTR entry points and shall report ONLY a call sign and position. After that they will be instructed by the ATC. All aircraft in traffic pattern and aircraft entering traffic pattern shall turn on their external lights to achieve maximum visibility (landing lights, anticollision lights etc.). Aircraft after landing shall expedite vaccation of the RWY on taxiway "C" from where they will be guided by follow me to the apron.

There will be 8 windows 30 minutes each published for arrivals. Signing into an arrival window will be disabled once its capacity is full.
Departing aircraft will start up as directed by the apron controller not earlier than 5 minutes prior to the begining of its departure window (see below) while monitoring 127,655 MHz (Pardubice TWR) and maintaining radio silence on the frequency. Taxi will be initiated upon visual direction by the apron controller and behind follow me to holding position "C" RWY 27/09. First aircraft in row on holding position shall report on 120,155 MHz (Pardubice TWR) its callsign and exit point from the CTR. Based on this report the aircraft will receive QNH, wind, RWY in use and line-up/take-off clearance.

Arrivals and departures are prohibited during main programme i.e. Saturday 2 and Sunday 3 June 2018 from 0900 till 1530 UTC.
All necessary information about Pardubice Airport is published in the AIP of the Czech Republic, part AD 2-LKPD or in the Jeppesen Database. The airport is approved both for civil and military air traffic under VFR and IFR. It is being used by the Czech Air Force as a Training Airbase.
Once landed from outside Schengen countries crew and baggage is declared at EBA terminal and then transported to required locations at the airport.
