The Aviation Fair of 2014 proudly presents the exceptional opportunity to go for a ride in a classic Bell 47 helicopter. The pioneer of rotor flying was brought to life in WWII already. Nowadays it is widely recognized by the public as the rescue transport of alliance soldiers in M*A*S*H* TV series. Bell 47 has also starred in the Whirlybirds movie and Australian adventurous series Skippy the Kangaroo (legendary roo on board Bell 47 pictured below). Even NASA had quite a number of Bell 47 copters at hand at their Apollo programme - used by astronauts as a simulator of a lunar landing module. In total there was produced a respectable number of 5.600 Bell 47 copters of all versions altogether.
